Frequently Asked Questions

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, and refrain from the use of Retin-A, peels, or waxing for 5-7 days prior to your service. Please do not make plans to exercise or do any other heat inducing activity after your treatment. It is recommended to avoid wearing face makeup immediately following your service.

We are located upstairs inside of Beach Life Fitness Boutique. Free parking is available in the lot or metered parking is available on Catalina Avenue. Enter the building through the door nearest the back of the parking lot; once inside proceed up the stairs and the studio entrance is on the left.

While reservations are not required, walk-in availability is typically unavailable as scheduled appointments are booked out 3-6 weeks in advance. It is recommended that you book the nearest open date/time that works for you on the reservation link, and once chosen, you can hit the back button to add as many waitlist days that work for your schedule. 

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule so that we have time to offer the time slot to our waitlist. VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted and will be captured for all booked appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved time will be subject to a 100% service charge.

We offer customized treatments for clients of all ages! A signature for consent of treatment is required by a parent or guardian for all minors under the age of 18 prior to the start of the service.

While a membership is not required to make an appointment,  we encourage it as a reminder to take care of YOU. There are several benefits in joining the program; please view our membership page for more information.
